Mark Gannon, Owner, is a 1979 ISU Graduate in Ag Business with over 30 years in farm management, real estate sales, ag marketing, ag lending and consulting experience. Previously the Land Manager for the ISU College of Agriculture from 1994-1999, Mark is a strong advocate of the present value of the family farm to the Iowa economy and to the Iowa social fabric. Mark was the co-plantiff in a lawsuit to open up records at Iowa State University Foundation and require oversight of ISUF by the Iowa Board of Regent. He has been married for 39 years with three sons (Patrick, Joseph, & Matthew), daughter-in-law (Chelsea {Joseph}), grandchildren (Amy, David, Claire & Grace).
To date, Gannon Real Estate has sold over $140 million dollars in farm real estate since 2000 and we manage over 15,000 acres for over 40 landowners.
