Keynote Speaker Emilys Hope Angela Kennecke President/Chief Executive Officer Emily's Hope Angela Kennecke is a veteran investigative journalist with a mission to stop the stigma surrounding addiction and find solutions to the overdose epidemic. Her work took on a personal urgency on the day she learned that her 21-year-old daughter, Emily, died of fentanyl poisoning. Since then, Angela has spoken tirelessly about the issues surrounding addiction and is the founder of Emily's Hope. This charity offers hope and treatment scholarships to families struggling with addiction.
